  • Herim Society is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit when applicable.
